Products

Automated systems for smart electricity metering are​ often based on PLC technologies, e.g. G3-PLC. They enable data transmission without additional wiring when powerlines have no drawbacks in design or implementation that may impede data transmission. ​

For cases with imperfect powerline architecture NERO offers a hybrid system with combination of PLC and radio communication that allows meters to choose an optimal transmission path depending on the load in each channel and to guarantee collection of all readings.​

The second solution offered is to use a completely wireless LPWAN UNB technology for electricity meters. It has become possible thanks to a unique Smart Meter Protocol developed by NERO, that is both: functional enough for all electricity parameters and perfectly light weight to suit LPWAN requirements.​
