Startup of our own business
The Belarusian founders organize their own development and production in “Sketch” LLC, Minsk. Automatics devices to control roller shutters are sold under the same trademark.
Acquisition of patent for PLC technology
Nero and Nero II Automation systems for roller shutters, blinds, gates, barriers, lighting, as well as devices for the electricity metering market were developed on the PLC protocol (data transmission over existing electric wiring). They are easily integrated into existing communication and provide sustainable data transmission for long distances.
Foundation of trade representative in Kyiv
For 16 years, we have become one of the leaders in sales of automation for roller shutters in Ukraine. The company products are known in many cities from Kiev to Odessa.
Foundation of Joint Venture Belarus-Germany
The Belarusian founders, jointly with the German partners Inprojal GmbH, have founded Nero Electronics JLLC. The enterprise became a resident of the FEZ “Minsk” and moved to 12 Inzhenernaya St. in the building of the “Kaskad Prom” factory.
Participation in international exhibitions
Since its foundation, the company has participated in all major industry exhibitions not only in the CIS countries, but also in the EU together with Inprojal GmbH partners.
Development of energy metering direction
Nero Electronics JLLC used patented communication technologies to create communication modules, and then smart meter developments for the leader of the Russian ASCAPC market – “Concern Energomera” JSC.
Independent entry into the European market
Nero Electronics has bought out the share of the German company Inprojal GmbH and has begun its independent development of the European market in the areas of roller automation and energy metering. Inprojal remains our strategic partner in Germany.
Moving to the new factory building
Having completed the construction of its own factory, the company furnished the manufacture and development with modern equipment. One of the automated lines was furnished with the latest Samsung robot in the summer 2017, now, it can get a handle on the installation of 120 000 components per hour.
Second phase of plant construction
The company grew up four years after moving to a new plant building. Therefore, the need of new production and office space arose. The decision was made to build on the third floor of the office and expand the production capacity.
Commissioning of new plant areas
The result of two years of hard work is the doubling of office and production capacity. An automated wave soldering line has already been launched. A nitrogen generator room has also been constructed that is the only one of its kind at civilian enterprises in CIS-countries. Several meeting rooms, a reading and library area, a space for meetups, seminars, and brain rings have been created for the company's employees.
NERO implements an integrated accounting system
The company continues to expand its offering and introduces smart water meters with communication technologies.
NERO launches a complex resources accounting, in which everything, from semiconductor equipment in meters to software is developed by NERO.
Ultrasonic water and gas meters introduction
Constant work on increasing measurement accuracy lead to appearance of new devices: ultrasonic water and gas meters.
The devices implement a complex mathematical signal processing algorithm, which made it possible to achieve high stability and reliability of measurements over the entire temperature range, at minimum and maximum flows.
